If you are a current licensee and wish to renew your license with no record changes (name or address), please visit our Renewal Only site. You will need your ten digit License/Permanent ID number.

If you are a current licensee and wish to renew your license and make a record change (name or address)* or wish to submit a new application and have never used MyLicense, please click on the Register link on the left to create an account or enter your user name and password below.

*If your name has changed, you need to contact our office at (517) 241-9288 for the correct paperwork before you can renew. While most individual license types and some company license types are permitted to change an address online, some are not. If you find that you cannot change your address online, you need to contact our office at (517) 241-9288 for the correct paperwork before you can renew.

If you are a qualifying veteran wishing to have your fees waived for your new application for licensure, please submit a paper application by mail. Forms may be found at CSCL Licensing Forms or by calling our office at (517) 241-9288. In addition to the application and other required documentation, you will be required to submit form DD214, DD215, or any other form acceptable to the Department to demonstrate that you were separated from service with an honorable character of service or under honorable conditions (general) character of service.
