Medical Waste Registration Renewal

This site was developed to allow you to renew your Registration as a Medical Waste Producing Facility. Under the Medical Waste Regulatory Act, Part 138 of the Public Health Code, 1978 PA 368, as amended, the medical waste registration for your facility is required to be renewed every three years.

A renewal notice was sent to each medical waste producing facility 60 days prior to the expiration date on your certificate. Use the “Facility Registration Number” assigned to the medical waste producing facility to access the account.

If you have changes to the name, address, phone number, contact name, etc. on your registration, please update the information prior to submitting online payment. If a change of ownership has occurred, you will need to submit an Initial Registration Application by mail as a new applicant, along with a notification of the ownership change with the application and fee payment.
